Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between ITmerce and its clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The nature and scope of services are defined in the respective offer or individual project agreement.

The client shall provide all content, access credentials and information required for the project in a timely manner.

Compensation is based on the agreed offer. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of statutory value-added tax.

ITmerce is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
